JOB PURPOSE:
The Senior Data and Digital Specialist plays a critical role in supporting a digitized and data-driven decision making Alfursan organization. The Senior Data and Digital Specialist is responsible for creating a digital environment that leverages data assets for analyzing data, customer insights and operational performance to provide actionable strategic insights to cross functional teams.
EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum of 4 years experience in an IT, digital or data role involving large volumes of complex data with a broad range of systems interconnected to deliver a digital member experience.
- Experience with complex digital and data environments, problem resolution and business process improvement.
- Experience managing senior stakeholders and technology vendors.
- Experience leading teams and working in a fast pace agile environment.
- Financial Services IT experience will be highly regarded but not essential.
