Job Description & Summary Pw C’s Business Restructuring Services (BRS) team is currently the largest restructuring practice in the Middle East, with over 60 employees operating across various offices in the region. Our team helps organizations facing financial distress or insolvency with crisis recovery, administrative tasks, liquidation and insolvency proceedings. Whatever the solution, we help them manage road blocks until the job is done. We develop and implement realistic and pragmatic plans by applying restructuring and stakeholder management skills, functional knowledge, and proprietary assets and tools to support Executives in making difficult decisions and driving through change in a short timeframe. We help clients, among other things, to reduce balance sheet stress, generate cash and reduce costs or refinance to find the best source of capital to support their business objectives. Whatever the solution, we help them manage road blocks until the job is done. What to consider before applying This role requires the candidate to be based out of our Riyadh office. The Role As a Debt Advisory Senior Manager or Director within our Business Restructuring Services team, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping solve complex business issues from strategy to execution and operations. Responsibilities include, but may not be limited to: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients while understanding their financial objectives, and providing tailored debt advisory solutions Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to assess client’s current financial positions, evaluate financing options and recommend suitable debt structures Lead on proposals and business development initiatives within the KSA market Provide strategic guidance to clients on capital structure optimization, debt refinancing, mergers and acquisitions, and other corporate finance initiatives Lead the structuring and negotiation of debt transactions, arranging financing, optimizing capital structures, and minimizing financial risk Leverage our Deals practice to help our clients expand their businesses Developing value propositions for the clients by anticipating their future needs and the competitor landscape Managing complex projects while functioning as a trusted advisor Day to day case management of administrations, asset recoveries, liquidations and other corporate insolvency processes Oversee end-to-end execution of debt financing transactions Project budgeting and management Coaching and resource management The Requirements Extensive experience with debt raising and restructuring activities ideally from a professional services background or corporate banking Exposure to M&A or Deals Advisory (supported a business undergoing mergers, integrations, spin-offs and/or divestiture transactions)Hands-on experience with Credit Rating experience in an Advisory considered a plus Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and develop strategic recommendations Passionate about delivery of work and has a strong desire to succeed An investigative mindset with attention to detail with an ability to see the big picture Deliver significant business results that reflect both strategic and creative thinking Eager to build long lasting relationships with external stakeholders in order to identify value add opportunities for existing and potential clients Successful at managing multiple stakeholders Confident to develop and lead teams Ability to leverage technology enabled and digital tools to achieve efficient delivery for our clients Excellent communicator and can deliver messages with impact to a wide variety of audiences Arabic speaking is preferred Why you’ll love Pw CWe’re inspiring and empowering our people to change the world.
