Corporate and government Sales Manager

Our client is<br/><br/>the largest tire importers<br/><br/>company. They are now looking for a<br/><br/>Corporate and Government Sales Manager<br/><br/>to join them.<br/><br/>Roles & Responsibilities<br/><br/>Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the corporate and government sectors,<br/><br/>driving revenue growth and profitability with full P&L responsibility for the department.<br/><br/>Actively manage and optimize pricing strategies, promotional activities, and assortment planning in collaboration with the purchasing department to meet the department's objectives and ATG's strategic goals.<br/><br/>Directly engage in generating sales by actively participate in business development, showcasing strong sales skills and initiative in acquiring new business.<br/><br/>Lead the entire tender process, from identifying opportunities to crafting tailored proposals and closing deals, ensuring compliance and competitiveness.<br/><br/>Build and maintain strong relationships with government entities and corporate clients, understanding their needs to provide customized solutions and services.<br/><br/>Work closely with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and initiatives that effectively communicate value propositions to the corporate and government sectors.<br/><br/>Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to adapt strategies and maintain ATG's competitive edge in the market.<br/><br/>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment, inventory management, and customer satisfaction, driving operational excellence<br/><br/>within the department.<br/><br/>Preference<br/><br/>Arabic Speakers<br/><br/>Immediate Joiners<br/><br/>Qualifications:<br/><br/>Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or a related field. A master's degree or MBA is preferred.<br/><br/>Demonstrated ability to leverage an extensive network of contacts within the corporate and government sectors in KSA, expediting departmental success and market penetration<br/><br/>A minimum of 8 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years specifically in the corporate and government sectors.<br/><br/>Strong financial acumen, with experience in managing P&L, pricing strategies, and promotional planning.<br/><br/>Excellent command of both written and spoken English<br/><br/>#J-18808-Ljbffr
