MAnager - Mega Account Relations (TPA)<br/><br/>Job Description<br/><br/>• Build effective relationships both within and outsdie the department
• Seek input from and maintain effective ongoing communication with others
• Manage conflict to ensure least disruption to organization• Reporting responsibilities

• Be IFCE certified (Insurance Foundation Certification Exam
• Contribute to setting and executing the organization's service strategy
• Collect and analyze customer feedback conducting analysis of customer trends and behaviours is carried out to identify specific customer needs and wants
• Develop and implement policies and procedures; manage the maintenance of agreed customer relation and drive achievement of high service standards
• Support TPA Director with the day to day customer relationship. This role has significant impact on owning and delivering the whole service proposition to JHAH.
• Lead and manage JHAH related projects and initiatives
• Support the company's product design and launch efforts to ensure products are serviceable within the overall service strategy
• Initiate and manage customer relation projects/ KAIZEN and drive transfomation and continious service improvements
• Lead FI’s across Service Operations• Identify area where processes and system can be imrpoved to increase efficinecy
• Explore the possibilities for processes and system automation
• Solves L1 technical issues with clients• General knowledge of Bupa Arabia IT systems and guidance towards
• Get accustomed with TPA main systems and processes E2E
• Manage client in relations to systems outages/failures or Disaster recovery activities
Skills<br/><br/>• Strong business background and project management skills
• Multi-cultural with interpersonal and communication skills, excellent planning and execution.
• Strong service focused mindset in combination with commercial skills
