Summary Plans, directs, organizes and coordinates the overall activities and functions of Communication Operation to achieve its mission, goals and objectives.<br/><br/>Essential Responsibilities and Duties 1. Creates communications strategies to increase employee awareness and conduct meetings with external stakeholders to discuss product launches, branding, and marketing initiatives.<br/><br/>2. Directs and oversees on channel marketing, content development and internal communications to ensure they are in-line with the corporate communication strategy and the Hospital’s brand.
3. Manages the productivity of the communications team by delegating tasks to the right personnel and ensuring proper flow of information and that data integrity is maintained across all channels and platforms.
4. Manages the development and distribution of marketing collaterals and other promotional materials.Distribute social media content across different channels and ensure consistent brand messaging.
5. Delegates tasks to the communications team, such as drafting promotional materials and creating quarterly reports.
6. Implements real time collaboration tools for streamlining communications with internal and external stakeholders.
7. Collaborates with various departments to develop and implement marketing and communications strategies.
8. Organize and coordinate interviews, conferences, webinars, and team meetings. Maintain relations with current partners and keep them well-informed about the brand’s latest activities and events.
9. Oversees the execution of the division’s plans and track performance to ensure the achievements of the KPI.
10. Oversee the development of internal messaging across a variety of media for target audiences, ensuring they are delivered effectively.
Education
Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, Marketing, or related discipline is required.
Experience Required
Elven (11) years of related experience with Master’s, or thirteen (13) years with Bachelor’s Degree, including five (5) years in a senior/ supervisory capacity is required.
