Job Details

We are seeking a Delivery Lead to drive the execution of large-scale healthcare transformation programs across the GCC. You will sit at the intersection of strategy and delivery — translating board-level strategy into executable roadmaps, then owning the delivery engine that turns those roadmaps into measurable outcomes for health systems, regulators, and payors. This is a hands-on leadership role. You will run multi-workstream programs, manage client executives day to day, and lead mixed teams of consultants, clinical SMEs, and client staff through complex, politically sensitive transformations. Strategy Execution & Program Delivery • Own end-to-end delivery of healthcare transformation programs, from mobilization through bene?ts realization • Translate strategic objectives into delivery roadmaps, operating rhythms, workstream plans, and KPI frameworks • Stand up and run PMO/EPMO structures, governance cadences, and executive steering committees • Manage interdependencies, risks, and escalations across clinical, digital, operational, and regulatory workstreams • Drive decision-making velocity: surface blockers early, frame options, and secure executive alignment Client Leadership • Serve as the day-to-day counterpart for client executives (C-suite, program sponsors, ministry/regulator stakeholders) • Build trusted-advisor relationships that convert delivery credibility into account growth • Navigate multi-stakeholder environments including government entities, providers, payors, and technology vendors Team & Practice Development • Lead and develop teams of 5–15 consultants and client secondees across concurrent workstreams • Coach delivery talent on structured problem solving, stakeholder management, and execution discipline • Contribute to proposals, delivery methodologies, and thought leadership for the healthcare practice What Success Looks Like • Programs deliver against milestones, budget, and agreed outcome metrics — not just activity • Client executives view you as indispensable to their transformation agenda • Clean handovers: client capability is built, not dependency • Delivery quality converts into extensions and new mandates

• GCC or wider MENA healthcare experience; understanding of national transformation agendas (e.g., Saudi Vision 2030 health sector programs) • 8–12 years of experience in strategy execution, transformation delivery, or large-scale program management, with at least 4 years in healthcare (providers, payors, regulators, or health-tech) • Track record leading complex, multi-workstream programs (USD 10M+ or equivalent scale) to completion • Deep familiarity with healthcare operating models — clinical operations, revenue cycle, digital health, value-based care, or health system regulation • Strong command of delivery disciplines: PMO design, agile and hybrid delivery, bene?ts tracking, change management • Exceptional executive communication — able to run a steering committee, write a board paper, and de-escalate a delivery crisis in the same week • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MPH, MD, or equivalent) preferred
