Key Responsibilities
- Operations, Planning, and Control
- Run the day-to-day operations of the Corporate Communications function with strong structure, discipline, and follow-through
- Turn leadership direction into clear plans, priorities, timelines, owners, and deliverables
- Build and maintain trackers, dashboards, calendars, working files, and status reports that provide tight visibility and control over execution
- Create a strong operating rhythm across the team through regular follow-up, progress tracking, reporting, and clear accountability
- Strengthen workflows, templates, reporting discipline, and internal coordination to improve speed, clarity, and execution quality
- Use reporting and Excel-based tools for tracking, support decisions, and keep initiatives moving toward closure
- Project Leadership and Cross-Functional Execution
- Lead communications projects end-to-end, from planning and structuring to execution, issue resolution, and closure
- Build practical project plans covering milestones, dependencies, risks, deadlines, and ownership
- Manage multiple parallel workstreams without losing pace, detail, or control
- Identify delays, blockers, and execution gaps early, and intervene quickly to keep delivery on track
- Drive momentum across internal stakeholders, external partners, agencies, and vendors through disciplined follow-up, problem-solving, and escalation when needed
- Bring a PMO-style mindset to the function, ensuring visibility, order, clear ownership, and consistent delivery standards across initiatives
- Team Leadership
- Supervise and organize team members across priorities and deliverables, with clear expectations, strong follow-up, and tight quality control
- Hold the team to high standards of ownership, responsiveness, professionalism, speed, and execution quality, while coaching them to strengthen planning, writing, judgment, and reliability
- Event and PR Execution
- Lead planning and execution of events, executive engagements, workshops, launches, forums, and ceremonies, including timelines, logistics, vendors, production, branding, approvals, guest management, and on-ground delivery
- Support PR and media execution through review and coordination
- Ensure smooth execution, timely approvals, disciplined follow-up, and strong quality under live pressure and last-minute changes
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Media, Marketing, Business Administration, Project Management, Industrial Engineering or a related field
- 8 to 12 years of relevant experience in Growth, Performance, Operations, Corporate Communications, PR, communications operations, project management, events, or related fields
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience in a managerial or senior supervisory role
- Proven experience in end-to-end project management and cross-functional stakeholder coordination
- Strong hands-on experience in planning and execution
- Strong team leadership and people management skills
- Strong writing and communication skills in English
- Advanced Excel skills, including trackers, dashboards, reporting tools, planning sheets, and follow-up
- Strong presentation skills
- Proven ability to manage pressure, handle multiple priorities, and maintain speed, structure, and quality at the same time
