About Eram Talent

Eram Talent is seeking an IT Support Assistant with a Graphic Design Background to join its team. This full-time position is based in Dhahran, Eastern region.

The Role

This role involves providing essential IT support services while also delivering high-quality graphic design solutions for both digital and print media. The successful candidate will report to the IT Supervisor/Operations Manager and contribute to maintaining IT systems, software, and documentation. Additionally, the role focuses on creating visually engaging content to enhance internal and external communications.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-level IT support for hardware, software, and system-related issues.
• Assist in maintaining computer programs, applications, system documentation, and operational procedures.
• Design creative layouts using typography, color, imagery, and branding guidelines.
• Produce high-quality visual assets for print and digital platforms, including brochures, presentations, banners, social media graphics, advertisements, and marketing materials.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.
• Support website and digital content updates when required.
• Troubleshoot minor computer hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Maintain data backups and support portal administration activities.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for management review.
• Assist senior IT personnel with software configuration, system maintenance, and technical support activities.
• Handle service requests, trouble reports, and documentation with minimal supervision.
• Ensure compliance with organizational IT policies, security procedures, and branding standards.
• Perform other related IT and creative support duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience. Experience supporting engineering, technical, or corporate environments is preferred for this role.

This is a full-time position within Eram Talent, located in Dhahran, Eastern region.
