A real estate company based in the south of Riyadh city – Al-Aziziyah district, announces its desire to attract talents to fill the position of Operations Manager.

Responsibilities

- manage and operate the real estate portfolio (contracts, occupancy, leasing, and marketing).

- supervise the work teams (accounting, collections, maintenance, and permits).

- prepare reports (revenue, expenses, budget, and performance indicators).

- develop work procedures (increase productivity, improve services, and reduce costs).

- attract talents (participate in recruitment, interviews, and candidate evaluation).

Qualifications

- 5 years of experience in property management or real estate operations (previously led and managed work teams).

- full familiarity with real estate regulations and systems (Ejari platform, Real Estate Authority).

- leadership and administrative skills (decision making, problem solving, and time management).

- must hold a valid Val license (brokerage and marketing, property management).

- proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
