CM On-site Executive Engineer

Job Description :

Full leadership of field operations and site management at the project site, ensuring delivery of work according to the highest quality standards, within the approved budget and defined schedule, with effective management of relationships among all project parties (owner, consultant, and contractors).

Key Tasks and Responsibilities :

Execute all works on site and ensure progress according to the approved schedule and plan.

Direct the technical and administrative teams on site.

Organize administration among the owner, consultant, and subcontractors to ensure clarity of roles and efficient execution of works.

 Organize and follow up site meetings and prepare weekly and monthly progress reports.

Ensure application of the approved quality standards at all stages of execution.

Apply occupational safety systems and comply with industrial security instructions on site.

 Supervise project financial disbursement and ensure adherence to the approved budget.

Follow up on site procurement requests and expenses after verifying their actual necessity.

Approve execution drawings and schedule execution priorities according to project requirements.

Manage technical issues in coordination with the specialized engineers and the technical office.

Evaluate the performance of employees and supervisors and assess them periodically.

Supervise general site discipline and compliance with working hours and company policies.

Submit comprehensive reports on work progress, completion rates, challenges, and proposed solutions.

Work on recommendations to top management regarding any modifications or decisions affecting the project progress.
