Job Summary The Commercial Director is responsible for overseeing the commercial strategy, contractual governance, and business profitability of the organization. This role leads all commercial activities including contract negotiation, cost and revenue management, pricing strategies, risk mitigation, and stakeholder partnerships to ensure sustainable commercial outcomes and long-term value creation. Job Responsibilities 1Develop and implement commercial strategies that support the company’s objectives and long-term growth. Lead contract negotiation and management across a wide range of agreements including service, partnership, lease, supply, and development contracts. Oversee pricing, cost models, and revenue planning to ensure profitability and competitive positioning. Monitor commercial performance, analyze key financial indicators, and recommend improvements to maximize returns. Assess and mitigate commercial risks, ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal frameworks. Support tendering and bidding processes by providing commercial input, including pricing structures, terms, and risk allocation. Manage claims, variations, and dispute resolutions in collaboration with legal, operational, and financial teams. Build and lead a high-performing commercial team, ensuring continuous development and operational excellence. Maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, vendors, and stakeholders to enhance collaboration and secure favorable outcomes. Drive commercial governance and reporting, ensuring transparency, accountability, and alignment with corporate policies. Support the implementation of HSE initiatives, participate in safety awareness activities, and contribute to incident reporting and resolution in alignment with company and IMS policies Education & Experience:18-20 years working experience minimum 3 to 5 years working as a Director for mega contracting company for handling meg projects Bachelor's Degree preferable have Law degree Professional Qualification in Chartered membership of a professional organization such as CIOB or RICS. or any related field
