Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations of welding machine capabilities, showcasing their advantages for specific applications.
• Analyze customer welding requirements, providing tailored solutions and recommending appropriate welding equipment and consumables.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, understanding their needs and proactively offering solutions.
• Provide technical support and training to customers on welding machine operation, maintenance, and best practices.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging welding technologies, and competitor offerings to provide informed recommendations.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities and achieve sales targets.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Has a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in welding or a related field, with a focus on sales or technical support.

• Possesses excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information.

• Is self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Demonstrates strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve technical issues.

• Has the ability to travel to customer sites and industry events as needed, both domestically and internationally.

• Exhibits proficiency in English and any other additional languages are a plus.
