We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, employee relations, payroll coordination, and government-related processes while ensuring full compliance with Saudi Labor Law and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:• Manage daily employee affairs operations, including contracts, renewals, job changes, and employee terminations.• Maintain and update employee records, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.• Handle HR transactions through government platforms such as Qiwa, Mudad, GOSI, Absher, and Muqeem.• Coordinate the issuance and renewal of work permits, residency permits (Iqama), and visas.• Prepare and review monthly payroll data to ensure accuracy before processing.• Coordinate with the Finance Department regarding payroll, employee benefits, deductions, and settlements.• Monitor attendance, leave balances, and employee records while preparing related reports.• Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and company policies and procedures.• Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and analytical insights for management.• Contribute to improving HR processes, systems, and operational efficiency.• Represent the company before government authorities and complete official transactions when required.
Qualifications & Requirements:• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.• 2–4 years of experience in HR Operations or Employee Relations.• Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and HR best practices.• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:⭐ Experience using Jisr HR System.⭐ Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
