Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a Senior Maintenance Engineer to lead and optimize plant maintenance through effective planning, budgeting, and performance analysis. Ideal candidates have experience with asset management systems and a background in pipe manufacturing or coating. Responsibilities: Establish and monitor KPIs to ensure maintenance targets are achieved Estimate and manage annual maintenance budgets Analyze equipment history and recurring issues to enhance reliability strategies Generate reports on critical equipment failures and suggest improvements Review, prioritize, and validate maintenance work orders for clarity and accuracy Coordinate with procurement to ensure availability of required materials and spare parts Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders and downtime Recommend and implement improvements to maintenance planning processes Ensure compliance with safety standards and internal policies in all maintenance work

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements: Education: Bachelor s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, maintenance & reliability, or related field Certification such as Certified Maintenance Planner (CMP) or CMRP preferred Experience: 5 to 10 years of experience in maintenance planning or similar roles ERP experience, especially with Asset Management Modules Industry Experience: Pipe coating or pipe manufacturing industries Languages : Professional in English Skills: Strong knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance strategies Proficient in maintenance management software and ERP systems Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams Budget management and cost control experience Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple maintenance schedules Familiarity with safety standards and regulatory compliance
