Roles & Responsibilities

1. Tailor and construct evening and bridal dresses with high-quality finishing

2. Perform precise cutting and fabric preparation based on patterns

3. Create, modify, and read patterns (Pattern Making) accurately

4. Take accurate body measurements for clients

5. Conduct fitting sessions and perform necessary alterations

6. Ensure all dresses meet design specifications and client expectations

7. Collaborate with the designer to execute custom orders

8. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace

9. Manage time efficiently to meet deadlines and handle multiple orders

10. Provide excellent customer service during fittings and consultations

11. Inspect garments for quality control before delivery

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Minimum 10 years of experience in evening and bridal dressmaking

2. Strong skills in cutting, pattern making, and detailed finishing

3. High accuracy in taking measurements and performing fittings

4. Ability to work with luxury fabrics and delicate materials

5. Professional attitude and excellent communication with clients

6. Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work

7. Ability to handle multiple orders and meet deadlines

8. Experience in couture, evening wear, or bridal gowns is highly preferred

9. Language: Must speak Arabic or English (Arabic preferred)
