We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Supervisor to join our team in Jeddah. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving business growth, developing strategic partnerships, and supporting overall commercial performance within the organization.
This role requires strong sales expertise, market awareness, leadership ability, and excellent communication skills to manage client relationships and support business expansion in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities to achieve revenue growth targets
- Plan and implement effective marketing and sales strategies in coordination with management
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Coordinate with government entities and external partners when required
- Oversee daily operations of the business development function
- Monitor and evaluate department performance and ensure alignment with KPIs
- Conduct detailed market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Develop competitive pricing strategies, offers, and promotional campaigns
- Prepare regular reports, sales forecasts, and performance updates for management review
- Support contract negotiations and ensure successful closure of business deals
