Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain project HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) management systems in compliance with company and local regulations
• Lead HSE planning and execution for petrochemical or wastewater treatment projects
• Ensure full compliance with Saudi Arabia HSE regulations, client requirements, and international standards
• Conduct risk assessments, hazard identification (HAZID/HAZOP), and implement mitigation measures
• Monitor site safety performance and enforce corrective actions where necessary
• Organize and lead safety training, toolbox talks, and awareness programs
• Investigate incidents/accidents and prepare detailed reports with corrective and preventive actions
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities on HSE matters
• Prepare and submit regular HSE reports to project management and stakeholders
• Lead and manage the HSE team on site

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or related field
• 6–15 years of relevant experience in HSE management within petrochemical or wastewater treatment projects
• Proven experience in EPC project environments, preferably in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East
• Strong knowledge of international HSE standards and practices (e.g., ISO 45001, ISO 14001)
• Familiar with Saudi regulations and industry safety requirements
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); Arabic is an advantage
• Relevant certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent are highly preferred.
