About the role:




To directly manage the assigned territory Performance against Customer potential and Company Set Targets.  To manage the performance of his team members by checking their daily achievements, set daily objectives and managing customer call plans.





Key Responsibilities





  • Achieve territory revenue, volume, and margin targets.

  • Resolve team and customer issues in a timely manner.

  • Conduct daily field visits to coach subordinates and improve sales quality.

  • Identify customer opportunities and assign them to the team to ensure effective territory coverage and numeric distribution.

  • Drive profitable sales growth through product and customer expansion at the right pricing.

  • Complete all required FS HO & BU tasks, including timely updates and reporting.

  • Motivate team members to increase sales, enhance earnings, and progress professionally.

  • Oversee collections and overdue payments with large operators and guide the team to ensure timely collections from medium and small credit operators.






Requirements:





  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in FMCG or F&B sales

  • English Fluency



  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships.

  • Clear and confident presentation and negotiation abilities
