Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jeddah for a Banquet Captain. The Banquet Captain will oversee the setup, service, and cleanup operations of events while ensuring smooth day-to-day coordination. Key tasks include supervising banquet staff, ensuring adherence to service standards, coordinating with various departments, and addressing any guest needs to deliver exceptional customer experiences. The Banquet Captain will also ensure proper food and beverage service and address any issues that may arise during events.

Qualifications

Strong Supervisory Skills to manage and direct a team effectively Experience and proficiency in Food Service and Food & Beverage operations Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage events efficiently Ability to adapt and solve problems in high-pressure situations Previous experience in banquet or hospitality management is highly preferred A high school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in hospitality or related fields is a plus
