Summary:
The Cost Controller will be responsible for managing all costs associated with the hotel's operations to ensure efficiency and profitability.

Job Responsibility:
- Monitor and analyze all expenses including food and beverage costs, labor costs, and overhead expenses.
- Develop and implement cost reduction strategies to improve the hotel's profitability.
- Prepare and present financial reports to management detailing cost variances and recommending solutions.
- Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular audits to prevent waste and theft.
- Collaborate with department heads to set and maintain budgets for their respective areas.

Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Candidates must hold a valid SOCPA certificate (Saudi Organization for Chartered and Professional Accountants).
- Proven work experience as a Cost Controller in the hospitality industry.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in financial software and MS Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work with various departments within the hotel.
