Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Senior Investment Manager – Real Estate to manage real estate investments, banking facilities, private equity structures, and development strategies. The role will be responsible for feasibility studies, fund management, budget monitoring, and securing optimal financing to support real estate development and portfolio growth.
???? Key Responsibilities Investment & Feasibility Prepare and review financial feasibility studies for real estate projects. Evaluate investment opportunities and development proposals. Conduct market, financial, and risk analysis to support investment decisions. Banking Facilities & Financing Manage banking facilities, loans, credit lines, and project financing. Liaise with banks and financial institutions for funding arrangements. Structure debt financing and optimize capital structures. Private Equity & Fund Management Support private equity investments and joint venture structures. Manage real estate funds and investor relations. Monitor fund performance, cash flows, and returns. Development Strategy Develop and implement real estate development strategies aligned with business goals. Support project structuring, partnerships, and joint ventures. Coordinate with development, project, and design teams. Budget Monitoring & Financial Control Oversee budget preparation and monitoring for real estate developments. Track project costs, forecasts, and variances. Ensure financial discipline and cost optimization. Reporting & Governance Prepare investment proposals and reports for senior management. Monitor portfolio performance and risk exposure. Ensure compliance with internal policies and financial governance.
✅ Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Real Estate, or related field (MBA preferred).7–12 years experience in real estate investment, finance, or development. Strong experience with bank facilities, project finance, and private equity. Proven expertise in feasibility studies and fund management. Excellent financial modeling, analytical, and negotiation skills. Experience in Saudi Arabia / GCC real estate market preferred.
