About the Role As an Account Manager, you will lead our sales efforts across Riyadh, engaging with corporates, SMEs, government, and semi-government entities to deliver impactful training and development programs.
What You’ll DoSales & Revenue Growth Drive B2B sales of training courses and learning solutions across Riyadh. Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across technical, leadership, compliance, and accredited learning portfolios. Build and manage a robust, qualified sales pipeline aligned with business goals.
Client Relationship Management Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring excellence and repeat business. Conduct client needs analysis to propose tailored learning solutions matching organizational goals. Lead commercial discussions, pricing, and contract negotiations in line with company guidelines.
CRM & Sales Operations Maintain detailed and accurate CRM entries: leads, activities, contacts, opportunities, and forecasts. Log all interactions and proposals following CRM governance standards. Deliver reliable sales forecasts and activity reports for management review.
Market & Business Development Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, events, and outbound activities. Develop strong knowledge of the Saudi corporate training landscape, competitors, and market trends. Represent the company professionally in meetings, industry events, and business forums.
Who We’re Looking For Proven B2B sales experience — ideally in training, HR solutions, consulting, or professional services. Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. CRM proficiency and a structured, data-driven approach to sales. Deep knowledge of the KSA market is a strong advantage. Proactive, ambitious, and passionate about organizational development.
