  • Talent Development: Recruit, train and develop a high-performing sales team to ensure effective store operations and premium customer service.
  • Coaching & Motivation: Conduct regular team meetings and provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and recognition to motivate staff and improve performance.
  • Goal Setting: Set clear goals and expectations for team members, ensuring all employees understand their roles and responsibilities.
  • Performance Reviews: Monitor employee performance, conduct formal reviews, and provide development opportunities or disciplinary actions as needed.
  • Work Environment: Foster a positive work environment that encourages collaboration, accountability, and professional growth.
  • Staff Scheduling: Plan and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak periods while optimizing team costs.
  1. Customer Experience and Satisfaction:

o  Service Excellence: Ensure the store delivers excellent customer service by setting high service standards and leading by example.

o  Seamless Journey: Work closely with the sales team to identify and address customer needs, delivering seamless shopping experience.

o  Complaint Resolution: Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints personally, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions.

o  Customer Insights: Monitor customer feedback and implement store-level improvements based on customer insights to drive loyalty.

  1. Sales and Financial Management:
  • Target Achievement: Drive store sales performance to meet or exceed targets, including individual, team, and store-wide financial goals.
  • Strategic Action Plans: Analyze sales reports and data to develop specific action plans that address performance gaps or capitalize on opportunities.
  • Traffic Generation: Develop and implement localized sales strategies, promotions, and customer engagement activities to boost store traffic.
  • Financial Optimization: Monitor and optimize the store’s financial performance, including strict budgeting and operational cost control.
  • Executive Reporting: Prepare and present weekly and monthly sales reports to the Area Sales Manager, highlighting performance, issues, and growth opportunities.
  1. Implementation of Standards and Compliance Controls:
  • Operational Oversight: Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash management, and rigorous inventory control.
  • Visual Merchandising: Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained according to Blooming’s brand guidelines to ensure a clean and attractive layout.
  • Stock Integrity: Manage stock levels by conducting regular inventory checks and coordinating replenishment to ensure product availability.
  • Safety & Policy Compliance: Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations, store policies, and company procedures.
  • Internal Communication: Manage internal communication to ensure all staff are informed about updated policies, company initiatives, and promotional activities.
