DescriptionRoles & Responsibilities:
·Designs and oversees the implementation of a comprehensive talent management strategy aligned with organizational strategy and priorities.
·Defines and tracks functional KPIs and success metrics across Talent Acquisition, Succession Planning, and Crew Coordination to evaluate impact, drive accountability, and identify improvement areas.
- Oversees the integration of hiring, succession planning, and crew deployment functions to ensure cohesive workforce planning and execution.
·Oversees the talent acquisition function, ensuring timely and effective talent attraction and hiring across all levels of the organization, including specialized roles.
·Develops strategic sourcing plans and manages vendor relationships.
·Oversees and reviews the execution of onboarding, technical skills, leadership development, and compliance programs.
·Provides strategic direction for crew rotation planning and deployment processes to ensure proper field coverage, adherence to operational schedules, and optimization of workforce resources.
·Collaborates with HRBPs and OD & Total Rewards teams to consistently apply career development plans and skills evaluations.
- Ensures compliance with local labor laws, Saudization targets, and internal policy frameworks across all talent operations.
·Leads and develops the Talent Acquisition, Succession Planning, and Crew Coordination teams.
·Sets clear KPIs, provides coaching, and encourages collaboration across functions to deliver high-quality services to the business.
- Builds internal capabilities within each sub-function to drive excellence and continuity.
·Identifies and implements process improvements across recruitment, Succession Planning, and crew planning functions.
- Drives the adoption of HR technology platforms to enhance the efficiency and transparency of talent operations.
QualificationsJOB QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
Experience & Qualification:
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in talent management, workforce planning, or HR generalist roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Knowledge & Skills:
·Strong knowledge of Talent Acquisition, Succession Planning, and workforce operations.
·Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.
·Understanding of Saudi labor law and Saudization requirements.
·Proficiency with HR systems and analytics tools.
- Professional certification in Talent Management, SHRM-SCP, or equivalent preferred.
