Job Summary The HR System Consultant (Menaitech) is responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting the Menaitech Human Capital Management (HCM) system. The role ensures HR, payroll, and talent processes are accurately translated into system configurations while complying with local labor laws and organizational policies.
Key Responsibilities Lead implementation and support of Menaitech HCM modules, including: Core HR & Personnel Administration, Payroll & Attendance, Leave & Absence Management, Recruitment & Onboarding, Performance Management, Training & Development Analyze HR business processes and translate requirements into Menaitech functional designs. Configure organizational structures, positions, grades, salary structures, and benefits. Configure payroll rules, allowances, deductions, overtime, EOSB, and statutory calculations. Ensure compliance with local labor laws, social insurance, GOSI, and statutory reporting. Manage employee lifecycle processes (hire, transfer, promotion, termination). Support time management rules, shifts, calendars, and attendance devices integration. Design and validate HR and payroll reports and dashboards. Coordinate data migration for employee master data, payroll balances, and historical records. Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and resolve system issues. Prepare functional design documents, configuration guides, and user manuals. Deliver HR and payroll user training and post-go-live support. Work closely with IT, finance, and Menaitech vendor support teams. Support audits, payroll reconciliation, and compliance reviews.
