Role Purpose The Warehouse Operations Manager is responsible for planning, controlling, and governing all warehouse and inventory operations supporting Facilities Management services. The role ensures materials, spare parts, and tools are available, traceable, and controlled, enabling uninterrupted maintenance and operations in a mission-critical environment.
Key Responsibilities Warehouse & Inventory Management Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and issuance of materials. Ensure accurate inventory records and traceability of all items. Implement inventory control practices to prevent shortages or overstocking. Coordination with Operations & Maintenance Coordinate closely with maintenance and operations teams to ensure timely material availability. Support critical and emergency maintenance activities with rapid material mobilization. Align warehouse priorities with operational demands. Systems & Records Ensure proper use of CMMS / inventory systems for all stock movements. Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation. Support audits and inventory verification activities. Governance & Control Enforce warehouse procedures, safety rules, and storage standards. Monitor compliance with approved warehouse processes. Identify risks related to inventory availability and control. Reporting & Continuous Improvement Prepare periodic reports on stock levels, consumption, and trends. Identify improvement opportunities in inventory management and logistics. Support optimization of warehouse layouts and processes.
Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.15–20 years of experience in warehouse or inventory operations within FM, industrial, or infrastructure projects. Strong understanding of inventory control, spare parts management, and logistics workflows. Experience working in large-scale, continuously operating environments. Familiarity with CMMS systems (e.g. Maximo) is an advantage.
