Job Description / Responsibility Install, maintain, repair, and troubleshoot machinery, equipment, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems in industrial or manufacturing settings. To support engineers by assembling components, conducting preventative maintenance, and ensuring compliance with safety standards, often using hand tools and technical schematics. Maintenance & Repair: Perform routine, preventative, and predictive maintenance on mechanical systems to minimize downtime. Troubleshooting: Diagnose malfunctions in machinery (e.g., pumps, conveyors, motors, HVAC) and repair or replace faulty components. Technical Support: Read blueprints, diagrams, and technical manuals to assemble, install, or upgrade machinery. Documentation: Maintain accurate, detailed records of repairs, maintenance, and machine performance using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS). Safety & Compliance: Adhere strictly to OSHA and company-specific health, safety, and environmental regulations. Collaboration: Work with engineers to test new equipment, adjust machinery settings for optimal performance, and analyze data.
Educational Requirements Diploma in Mechanical in Mechanical Engineering Diploma in Power in Marine Engineering Skills Required: fire detection, Fire Safety, Water Pump, Fire Pump, Maintaining pumps, Troubleshooting of Pump, Fire Protection and Detection System, Pump Controlling System, Pump & Motor
Experience Requirements At least 2 year(s) The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Training Institutes, Real Estate,Overseas Companies,Group of Companies,Chemical Industries,Gas,Fire Fighting and Safety
