WHAT WILL YOU DO? 

• Partner with sales teams across all stages of the sales cycle toarticulate the business value of Oracle Saas ERP & SCM & HCM & CX
• Supporting & Drive complex opportunities as Lead Solution Engineer and being supported by some domain experts depending on your in-depth knowledge.
• Leverage industry knowledge to recommend relevant and innovative solutions that support your customers’ desired outcomes
• Ensure customers key business requirements and motivations are fully understood and addressed.
• Design, present and articulate Oracle Saas ERP/SCM/HCM/CX to a variety of external and internal stakeholder audiences. 
• Focus on overcoming obstacles to achieve the customers desired outcome. 
• Stay up to date and increase your skills and knowledge in Oracle Saas ERP/SCM/HCM/CX.
• Stay up to date in modern demonstration techniques.
• Address the competitive landscape and handle objections.
• Represent Oracle as a trusted advisor, providing current and new product information through workshops and at customer or Hcare/LS events.
• Drive the strategic growth of EMEA Fusion Healthcare & Life Science Applications through an active contribution to the SE community.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS 

• 10-15 years of experience as pre-sales in enterprise Hcare transformation projects.
• An advanced knowledge in Oracle Saas ERP / HCM/ SCM / CX 
• In-depth hands-on experience with Oracle Saas ERP Finance and/or Oracle Saas SCM. Both are also welcome.
• Experience with AI 
• Experience on how to integrated Fusion Applications with Health EHR solutions.
• Sales methodology knowledge, including processes and disciplines.
• Ability to apply technology to drive innovation, experience in utilising design thinking and customer journey mapping a plus.
• Master’s degree or equivalent desirable
• Based in KSA – language: Arabic & English.
• Travel will occur in Middle East and if needed in Europe.
