Responsibilities:
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Partner with sales teams across all stages of the sales cycle toarticulate the business value of Oracle Saas ERP & SCM & HCM & CX
- Supporting & Drive complex opportunities as Lead Solution Engineer and being supported by some domain experts depending on your in-depth knowledge.
- Leverage industry knowledge to recommend relevant and innovative solutions that support your customers’ desired outcomes
- Ensure customers key business requirements and motivations are fully understood and addressed.
- Design, present and articulate Oracle Saas ERP/SCM/HCM/CX to a variety of external and internal stakeholder audiences.
- Focus on overcoming obstacles to achieve the customers desired outcome.
- Stay up to date and increase your skills and knowledge in Oracle Saas ERP/SCM/HCM/CX.
- Stay up to date in modern demonstration techniques.
- Address the competitive landscape and handle objections.
- Represent Oracle as a trusted advisor, providing current and new product information through workshops and at customer or Hcare/LS events.
- Drive the strategic growth of EMEA Fusion Healthcare & Life Science Applications through an active contribution to the SE community.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
- 10-15 years of experience as pre-sales in enterprise Hcare transformation projects.
- An advanced knowledge in Oracle Saas ERP / HCM/ SCM / CX
- In-depth hands-on experience with Oracle Saas ERP Finance and/or Oracle Saas SCM. Both are also welcome.
- Experience with AI
- Experience on how to integrated Fusion Applications with Health EHR solutions.
- Sales methodology knowledge, including processes and disciplines.
- Ability to apply technology to drive innovation, experience in utilising design thinking and customer journey mapping a plus.
- Master’s degree or equivalent desirable
- Based in KSA – language: Arabic & English.
- Travel will occur in Middle East and if needed in Europe.
