Qiddiya Investment Company is searching for an experienced and visionary Associate Director - Organizational Change Management & Deployment to lead our change management initiatives as we embark on creating one of the world's largest entertainment, culture, and sports destinations.
In this influential role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive change strategies that facilitate the successful adoption and integration of new processes, technologies, and organizational structures within our projects.
Key Responsibilities: - Develop and lead comprehensive change management strategies and frameworks aligned with project objectives and transformation goals.
- Conduct change impact assessments, stakeholder analyses, and readiness evaluations to shape tailored interventions.
- Drive communication, training, and engagement initiatives that foster understanding and adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working.
- Establish and monitor change metrics to assess adoption and effectiveness, ensuring sustainable outcomes.
Deployment Management - Lead E2E deployment planning and execution for transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with program milestones and business readiness.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless transition from project implementation to business operations.
- Define deployment governance, cutover plans, and hypercare support structures to ensure operational stability post-go-live.
People & Team Leadership - Mentor and lead OCM and deployment teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Support capability development in change management across the organization through training, coaching, and knowledge sharing.
- Facilitate leadership workshops and change champion networks to reinforce change ownership across the organization.

Experience the power of diverse perspectives and build a global network Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Years of Experience: Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in change management, organizational development, or a related discipline, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Proven experience managing change initiatives within large-scale infrastructure and entertainment projects is highly desirable.
Skills and Competencies: Strong knowledge of change management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
