Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Share Point Administrator to lead the administration, optimization, and governance of enterprise Share Point environments. The role involves managing Share Point Online and/or on-premises platforms, ensuring high availability, security, performance, and alignment with organizational digital transformation goals.

Key Responsibilities Administer, configure, and maintain Share Point Online and Share Point On-Premises environments Lead Share Point architecture design, upgrades, migrations, and integrations Manage user access, permissions, site collections, content types, workflows, and metadata Ensure platform security, compliance, backup, and disaster recovery Monitor system performance, availability, and capacity planning Implement and enforce Share Point governance, policies, and best practices Support integration with Microsoft 365 services (Teams, One Drive, Power Automate, Power Apps) Troubleshoot and resolve complex Share Point issues and incidents Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions Mentor junior administrators and provide technical leadership Coordinate with vendors and Microsoft support when required Prepare technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge transfer materials Required Skills & Competencies Strong expertise in Share Point Online & Share Point Server (2016/2019/SE) Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration Experience with Power Shell scripting for automation and administration Solid understanding of Active Directory, Azure AD, authentication, and security Knowledge of Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) Experience with Share Point migrations (on-prem to cloud) Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-100, MS-101, Share Point, or M365 certifications) Experience in government, large enterprise, or regulated environments Knowledge of ITIL or service management frameworks Experience supporting Arabic and English users
