Position: Regional Sales Manager – Imported FMCG
Location: Saudi Arabia / GCC
Industry: Imported FMCG (Food & Beverage / Consumer Goods)
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve growth targets.
- Manage and expand distributor, wholesaler, and key account networks.
- Lead, coach, and monitor regional sales teams.
- Negotiate with major supermarkets, wholesalers, and modern trade partners.
- Analyze market trends, competition, and pricing strategies.
- Ensure brand visibility, promotions, and market penetration.
Skills
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in FMCG sales (preferably imported brands).
- Strong network with distributors and key accounts in KSA/GCC.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Fluent in English & Arabic.
