1. Monitoring all messages responded to by the agents day by day to ensure the quality of the responses.
2. Following with the accounts managers of the aggregator’s apps
3. Managing the fleet drivers and solving their issues.
4. Assisting customer service agents in managing customer inquiries and complaints
5. Training customer service agents
6. Organizing work schedule agent-drivers (Monthly task)
7. Collecting data and preparing monthly reports for all the complaints and reviews for the management.
8. Dealing with the finance department to the refund transactions.
