Job Purpose

Leading the development and execution of digital marketing strategies to promote our real estate projects, strengthen brand presence, generate high-quality leads, and drive online sales. Collaborate with the marketing team, sales department, and key stakeholders to ensure the effective delivery of digital campaigns and initiatives that attract potential buyers and investors.





Key Accountability Areas

Digital Marketing Strategy Development:




  • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored to real estate development projects.

  • Oversee the planning and management of multi-channel digital campaigns, including Google Ads, social media, email marketing, and SEO.

  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure alignment with business goals and campaign success.


Content Creation & Management:




  • Drive the creation of high-impact content for websites, blogs, social media, and email campaigns to highlight real estate offerings and engage target audiences.

  • Provide strategic direction and collaborate with designers, videographers, and copywriters to produce visually compelling and brand-consistent content.

  • Oversee content calendars and ensure messaging consistency across all digital platforms.


Search Engine Optimization (SEO):




  • Strategize and implement advanced SEO practices, both on-page and off-page, to boost website visibility and ranking.

  • Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis, leveraging insights to optimize SEO efforts.

  • Guide the optimization of landing pages, blog posts, and site architecture to enhance organic search performance.


Social Media Management:




  • Develop and lead the execution of social media strategies across key platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X (formerly Twitter).

  • Foster community engagement, manage online interactions, and enhance the brand's digital presence.

  • Analyze trends and competitor activity to refine social media tactics and improve audience reach.


Paid Advertising & SEM:




  • Manage and optimize high-impact paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

  • Evaluate campaign performance, adjusting bids, targeting, and creatives to maximize ROI.

  • Control and allocate advertising budgets strategically to ensure cost-effective lead generation and brand exposure.


Lead Generation & Conversion:




  • Design and implement targeted lead generation strategies to attract and convert high-potential prospects.

  • Leverage marketing automation, CRM systems, and personalized content to guide leads through the conversion funnel.

  • Continuously assess and refine campaigns to improve conversion rates and campaign effectiveness.


Analytics & Reporting:




  • Monitor, interpret, and report on digital performance metrics such as traffic, engagement, lead quality, and conversion.

  • Use data-driven insights to recommend improvements and optimize future marketing efforts.

  • Prepare and present comprehensive monthly reports to senior management with actionable recommendations.


Collaboration with Sales & Marketing Teams:




  • Act as a strategic partner to sales and marketing teams to ensure full alignment on goals, messaging, and campaign execution.

  • Lead marketing initiatives in support of real estate events, launches, and promotional activities.

  • Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to guarantee the timely and successful rollout of integrated marketing plans.
