About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to join our Cyber Security practice and play a pivotal role in driving growth and delivering high-impact projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cyber security consulting within a Big 4 or global consulting environment, with proven expertise in Cyber Strategy and Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC). This role requires a dynamic leader capable of managing complex projects, developing business opportunities, and contributing to the strategic growth of the practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute cyber security projects focusing on Cyber Strategy and GRC, ensuring delivery excellence and client satisfaction.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and risks effectively to achieve project objectives.
- Drive business development activities including preparing and responding to RFPs, developing compelling proposals, and crafting value propositions tailored to client needs.
- Facilitate ideation workshops and client engagements to identify opportunities and design innovative cyber security solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to align project delivery with business goals.
- Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and high performance.
- Support the practice leadership in strategic planning and growth initiatives.
Required Experience and Skills:
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in cyber security consulting, preferably within a Big 4 or global consulting firm.
- Currently operating at a Senior Manager or Manager level with a track record of successful project delivery.
- Demonstrated expertise in Cyber Strategy and Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) frameworks.
- Proven experience in business development including RFP creation, proposal development, and client workshops.
- Strong project management skills including risk management, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and manage multiple priorities.
Skills
Qualifications:
- Relevant certifications in cyber security (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CRISC) are highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
