Description and Requirements

We are looking for a Production Specialist to oversee the efficient operation of our production lines and support key factory initiatives. This role is essential in driving performance, ensuring smooth processes, and supporting team development within a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to improve operations and contribute to major projects across the facility.

Your Responsibilities:

• Manage the efficient operation of production lines for computer/server or mobile phone products.
• Achieve and continuously improve key performance indicators (KPIs) for the assigned production lines.
• Enhance team morale and support personnel development within the scope of management.
• Collaborate to support the implementation and stable operation of automation and digitalization initiatives.
• Participate actively in the execution of major projects and activities within the factory.

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Production Supervisor in a factory setting, including at least 3 years of team management experience.
• Strong background in production floor management, with substantial experience in personnel management.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, English required.
• Demonstrated problem analysis and improvement skills; Green Belt training or certification is highly preferred.
