Responsibilities:

1. Lead the technical establishment and operation of the new cosmetics factory in compliance with SFDA and GMP requirements.
2. Supervise all technical departments and manufacturing operations within the facility.
3. Implement and maintain quality systems to ensure product safety and compliance throughout the manufacturing process.
4. Develop, review, and approve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and technical documentation.
5. Approve and qualify raw material and packaging suppliers.
6. Review and approve technical agreements when outsourcing activities are involved.
7. Oversee and approve major changes related to facility layout, production lines, or product formulations.
8. Define and approve responsibilities of key technical positions and lead continuous training and development plans.
9. Handle production issues, deviations, and customer complaints, ensuring corrective and preventive actions are implemented.
10. Prepare the factory for SFDA inspections and lead the process of obtaining and maintaining factory licenses.
