We are seeking a Saudi Architectural Engineer with solid experience in design, execution, and site supervision of real estate development projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare architectural designs (conceptual and detailed). Develop construction drawings and Shop Drawings. Supervise architectural works on-site. Coordinate with structural and MEP disciplines. Obtain permits and approvals through the Balady platform. Ensure quality, aesthetics, and compliance with regulations.
Requirements:
Saudi nationality is mandatory. Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.5–15 years of experience, depending on project scale and complexity. Professional classification (Professional level or higher) from the Saudi Council of Engineers. High proficiency in Auto CAD, Revit (BIM), 3ds Max, Sketch Up, Lumion, and Photoshop. Strong knowledge of the Saudi Building Code and permitting procedures.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in real estate development projects (villas, residential buildings, commercial centers, hotels). Strong portfolio. Good command of English.
