Purpose:To lead and integrate corporate communications and public relations across Alsulaiman Group (ASG) and its portfolio of brands, strengthening corporate reputation and brand equity through clear, consistent, and credible messaging. The role supports business objectives, safeguards the organization’s reputation, and builds trust with media, employees, partners, and the wider public.
Accountabilities:Corporate Communications Strategy & Execution Lead the development and implementation of integrated corporate communications and PR initiatives for ASG and its portfolio of brands. Manage day-to-day internal and external communications across owned, earned, and shared channels, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with corporate strategy. Partner with senior leadership, internal stakeholders, brand teams, and external agencies to support strategic priorities and ensure cohesive messaging. Develop and deliver key messages and content, including press releases, statements, Q&As, announcements, leadership communications, and internal updates. Ensure all communications adhere to approved messaging frameworks, brand guidelines, and tone of voice. Advise senior leadership on communications strategy, reputation management, and stakeholder engagement.
Internal Communications & Employee Engagement Develop and oversee internal communication initiatives, including employee campaigns, leadership messages, town halls, and engagement activities. Manage internal communication platforms, such as intranet, newsletters, and email updates, ensuring effectiveness and employee engagement. Collaborate with HR and other departments to support change management and organizational initiatives through effective communication.
External Communications & Media Relations Lead media relations activities, including media outreach, content planning, press materials, interview coordination, coverage tracking, and sentiment analysis. Ensure consistent messaging across all external channels and coordinate content approvals with relevant stakeholders. Support corporate storytelling initiatives highlighting ASG’s values, milestones, partnerships, CSR, and sustainability agenda.
Branding & Digital Communications Oversee the consistent application of brand guidelines across all communication materials and touchpoints. Manage digital communication channels, including corporate websites and social media platforms, to strengthen brand presence and engagement. Leverage AI tools and digital analytics to optimize communications and stakeholder engagement. Collaborate with marketing teams to maintain brand assets and ensure alignment between corporate communications and marketing initiatives.
Events & Stakeholder Engagement Plan and oversee corporate events, including town halls, press conferences, employee gatherings, and stakeholder meetings. Ensure events support corporate communication objectives, brand positioning, and stakeholder engagement goals. Support external stakeholder communications and events in collaboration with relevant internal teams.
Measurement, Reporting & Governance Measure the effectiveness of communications initiatives, including KPIs, media impact, and stakeholder engagement metrics. Prepare regular reports, insights, and recommendations for the Group Corporate Communications Manager. Maintain communication toolkits, templates, and messaging frameworks, ensuring governance, quality control, and compliance with corporate standards.
Crisis & Issues Management Support the development and execution of crisis communication plans. Monitor media and digital channels to identify potential issues, escalate risks, and support crisis communications with prepared holding statements, FAQs, and post-issue reporting. Ensure team readiness for crisis situations and support post-issue reporting, evaluation, and documentation.
Qualifications and Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related discipline. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in corporate communications, public relations, or media relations, with prior PR agency experience considered an advantage. Demonstrated track record of leading high-impact PR and media relations campaigns, including managing complex, technical, and sensitive issues. Experience in the Saudi Arabian market, with understanding of local media, culture, and stakeholder expectations. Proven experience in planning and managing corporate events, including press conferences, employee engagement events, and stakeholder meetings. Established network of relevant journalists, media outlets, and industry stakeholders. Exceptional writing, editing, and analytical skills, with the ability to plan, manage, and deliver multiple communications projects effectively. Strong stakeholder management capabilities, with the ability to collaborate across functions and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proven experience leveraging digital platforms, social media, and AI-powered tools to enhance media relations, content strategy, and stakeholder engagement. Fluent in Arabic and English, with professional proficiency in both written and verbal communication.
