Job Details

Support the planning and execution of marketing activities for residential and off-plan real estate projects. The role focuses on implementing marketing campaigns, conducting basic market analysis, and supporting brand visibility in line with the approved marketing strategy.
Responsibilities Market Monitoring Track basic marketing trends and campaign performance related to assigned real estate projects and report findings to the marketing team. Market Research Support Assist in conducting market research by collecting and organizing data related to customer needs, competitors, and market trends. Marketing Campaign Support Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including coordination of creative materials and campaign schedules. Marketing Activities Execution Assist in day-to-day marketing activities such as content support, digital marketing initiatives, event coordination, and promotional activities. Vendor Coordination Coordinate with external vendors and service providers under the supervision of senior marketing staff to support campaign execution. Data & Reporting Organize marketing data and prepare basic reports, presentations, and summaries for internal use. Marketing Channels Support marketing initiatives across different channels including social media, email marketing, and other approved platforms. Brand Support Ensure marketing materials align with brand guidelines and support brand awareness initiatives across projects.
Qualifications
2-4 years' of marketing experience BS/BA in Marketing or a related field of study Proficient in MS Office (e.g. Word, Power Point, Excel) Marketing software (Adobe Creative Suite & CRM) and applications (Web analytics etc.) High quality of making reports and presentations. Communication skills and tactful in talking Critical thinking skills to adapt best marketing procedures Strong analytical experience
