We’re hiring a Technical Operations Associate/Analyst (with a heavy focus on workflow automation) to work directly with the Chief of Staff at an incredible Family Investment Office based out of KSA and operate as a core member of a shared resourcing function across Operations, Finance, and Legal.
This is a high-ownership role for someone with at least 2 years' of experience in a similar role as you'll be supporting a massive partnership with a globally reknowned leading US VC firm as they support companies open up brand new branches of their businesses here in the MENA region.
???? What You’ll Do (Core Responsibilities).
⚡ You'll champion workflow automation & overall process Improvement by:
????️ Mapping messy workflows into structured, scalable systems (SOPs + templates)????️ Automating repetitive tasks such as: task generation + checklists, reminders + follow-up loops and converting meeting notes into action plans.???? Defining CRM entry workflows + activity logging.???? Leverage AI tools to move faster (while still validating quality).???? Recommend and implement 3rd-party tools - you’ll have freedom to choose what works.
???? Who We’re Looking For - You Are:
???? High ownership and self-directed - you don’t wait to be told what to do.???? Comfortable in unstructured setups - you build structure, you don’t need it handed to you.????️ A clear communicator with strong English (Arabic is a plus ✅).???? Systems-minded - you naturally think in workflows and automation.???? Comfortable with intensity and pace - not a strict 9–5 mindset within the VC world.???? Someone with a technical background (either professionally, academically or if you code in your free time then that works too).
Please note: this isn’t a software engineering role, but you must be able to build and automate operational systems for this role. ????
