Job Description:We are looking for a professional Public Relations Specialist to contribute to maintaining a positive image of the organization through effective communication and professional interaction. Handle complaints and follow up to ensure resolution. Coordinate appointments and liaise between clients and internal departments. Use computer systems to record, update, and track information. Prepare basic reports related to feedback and inquiries. Qualifications & Requirements:Certificate in Public Relations. Previous experience in Public Relations is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in computer use and handling systems. Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively. Professional appearance and behavior.
