Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Female Engineer to join our Technical Office team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in office tools (especially Excel), possess strong knowledge of low-current systems (including fire alarm and BMS), and have a solid understanding of mechanical systems. Experience in tendering, bidding, cost control, and project management is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, review, and submit technical tenders and bids in response to client inquiries and RFPs.
  • Develop and maintain Excel-based tools for cost estimation, budgeting, tracking, and reporting.
  • Assist in the design and coordination of low-current systems, including:
    • Fire alarm systems
    • Building Management Systems (BMS)
    • Other ELV (Extra Low Voltage) systems
  • Provide technical support and documentation for mechanical systems as required.
  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure cost control and adherence to project timelines.
  • Prepare project documentation, including method statements, technical submittals, and progress reports.
  • Attend project meetings and coordinate between site teams, clients, and suppliers.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations in all technical deliverables.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a technical office, engineering consultancy, or project-based environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, macros, dashboards).
  • Strong knowledge of low-current systems, especially fire alarm and BMS.
  • Basic understanding of mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, etc.) is a plus.
  • Experience in tender preparation, bidding processes, and cost control.
  • Familiarity with project management principles and tools.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Certifications

  • AutoCAD or Revit basic knowledge is advantageous
  • PMP certification
