We don't just do "chocolate chip"—we do complex, dessert-inspired cookies. You will have creative freedom. Production Leadership: Oversee a high-volume production facility. Ensure every cookie looks and tastes perfect, whether we bake 100 or 10,000. Team Management: Train and mentor our local kitchen staff on advanced pastry techniques.✅ The Requirements (O-1 Visa Eligibility) To qualify for the US O-1 Visa, you must demonstrate "Extraordinary Ability." We are looking for candidates who meet at least 3 of the following:Awards: You have won Gold/Silver in recognized competitions (e.g., Philippine Culinary Cup, Hofex, FHA). Press: Your work has been featured in major media Distinguished Roles: You have served as a Head Pastry Chef or Executive Chef at a 5-star hotel or renowned restaurant group. Judging: You have judged the work of others in official competitions.???? Skills Needed Expertise in scaling recipes from small batches to industrial mixers (Hobart 140qt+).
