About the Role: Our client is fast-growing and are looking for a high-energy Account Manager to help expand and deepen their customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts in construction, O&G, and industrial sectors Identify customer needs and propose tailored hybrid-energy solutions (solar-battery-diesel) Lead the full sales cycle: qualification, proposals, pricing, negotiation, and contract closure Drive account expansion and retention through proactive customer engagement Coordinate closely with Operations, Engineering, and Finance to ensure flawless execution Monitor project performance and ensure customers receive best-in-class service Represent the company at customer meetings, site visits, and industry events. Qualifications Min. 2 years of B2B sales or account management experience Experience in energy, construction, O&G services, equipment rental, or industrial projects Ability to manage complex technical discussions with customers Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills A proactive, solution-driven mindset Based in Riyadh or willing to relocate English and Arabic speaking.
