Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

Production Support: Actively assisting in all stages of preparing raw chocolate and getting it ready for manufacturing.

Assisting the Chef: Directly helping the Sous Chef in the processes of pouring and shaping chocolate molds.

Inventory Management (FIFO): Fully adhering to the "First In, First Out" (FIFO) principle when handling raw materials to ensure freshness and prevent waste.

Cleanliness and Sanitation: Maintaining cleanliness in the work area, tools, and equipment, and strictly adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.

Flexibility and Cooperation: Demonstrating high flexibility in performing assigned tasks and maintaining a positive morale to work within the team.

Experience: One to two years in the confectionery or chocolate industry.
