We are looking for a skilled HR Recruitment Specialist to manage the full recruitment cycle and support our growing team. The ideal candidate will handle sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and ensure a smooth and professional hiring experience.
Key Responsibilities:• Source and shortlist qualified candidates• Manage end-to-end recruitment process• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers• Prepare job posts and maintain candidate database• Ensure a positive candidate experience and smooth onboarding
Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field• 3–5 years of experience in recruitment• Strong communication & organizational skills• Experience with ATS and Linked In sourcing• Knowledge of Saudi labor platforms is a plus
