Diplomat Rent A Car is seeking to hire a Corporate Sales Manager – Long-Term Leasing with proven, hands-on experience in long-term leasing contracts and operational leasing for corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire and develop long-term leasing contracts with corporate, government, and private sector clients.
- Build and manage strategic relationships with corporate clients and key decision-makers.
- Prepare commercial and pricing proposals and negotiate contract terms and conditions.
- Manage the full contract lifecycle (from negotiation to signing, implementation, and renewal).
- Establish, build, and manage the corporate sales team.
- Develop sales plans, sales strategies, and annual/quarterly sales targets.
- Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of approved sales targets.
- Coordinate with operations and finance departments to ensure efficient contract execution.
- Prepare periodic reports on contract performance and the customer portfolio.
Skills
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the same field (corporate sales for long-term leasing / operational leasing / fleet sales).
- Proven track record in negotiating and closing long-term B2B contracts.
- Fluency in English is a must (spoken and written).
- Arabic language is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to build, lead, and develop sales teams.
- Willingness to work in the field and conduct regular client visits.
