Corporate Sales Manager – Long-Term Leasing

Diplomat Rent A Car is seeking to hire a Corporate Sales Manager – Long-Term Leasing with proven, hands-on experience in long-term leasing contracts and operational leasing for corporate clients.​

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquire and develop long-term leasing contracts with corporate, government, and private sector clients.​
  • Build and manage strategic relationships with corporate clients and key decision-makers.​
  • Prepare commercial and pricing proposals and negotiate contract terms and conditions.​
  • Manage the full contract lifecycle (from negotiation to signing, implementation, and renewal).​
  • Establish, build, and manage the corporate sales team.​
  • Develop sales plans, sales strategies, and annual/quarterly sales targets.​
  • Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of approved sales targets.​
  • Coordinate with operations and finance departments to ensure efficient contract execution.​
  • Prepare periodic reports on contract performance and the customer portfolio.​


Skills

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the same field (corporate sales for long-term leasing / operational leasing / fleet sales).​
  • Proven track record in negotiating and closing long-term B2B contracts.​
  • Fluency in English is a must (spoken and written).​
  • Arabic language is an advantage but not mandatory.​
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to build, lead, and develop sales teams.​
  • Willingness to work in the field and conduct regular client visits.​
