We are seeking a highly experienced Maintenance Manager with expertise in managing all technical aspects of amusement park rides, ensuring the highest standards of quality, operational readiness, and adherence to international standards. The manager will be responsible for managing maintenance teams, preventative planning, and coordinating with manufacturers and operators.

- إعداد وإدارة ميزانيات الصيانة وقطع الغيار
- التنسيق مع شركات تصنيع الألعاب والموردين الخارجيين
- إدارة خطط الطوارئ والاستجابة للأعطال والحوادث
- إعداد التقارير الفنية ومؤشرات الأداء (KPIs)
• Manage and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans for all amusement park rides and recreational facilities.
• Ensure compliance with international safety standards (ASTM/EN/TÜV/IAAPA).
• Lead mechanical, electrical, and control maintenance teams.
• Supervise daily and periodic ride inspections and certify their operational readiness.
• Prepare and manage maintenance and spare parts budgets.
• Coordinate with ride manufacturers and external suppliers.
• Manage emergency plans and respond to breakdowns and accidents.
• Prepare technical reports and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
