Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and professional Market Development Specialist to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have in-depth familiarity with the Saudi market, especially government project operation norms, and possess excellent government communication and project coordination capabilities. This role requires rich experience in interacting with Riyadh or Jeddah government departments, as well as a solid foundation in engineering project management or contract management. The candidate will be responsible for assisting foreign-funded enterprises in handling relevant government procedures, organizing bidding work, and promoting market development, providing strong support for the company's business expansion in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Assist foreign-funded enterprises in applying for land use from the government, handling design approval procedures, and obtaining construction permits in accordance with Saudi relevant regulations.

2.Coordinate and communicate effectively with owners, partners and relevant government departments to ensure the smooth progress of projects and cooperation.

3.Develop market development strategies targeting Saudi government projects and commercial projects, explore potential customers and business opportunities.

4.Provide professional customer service, maintain long-term cooperative relations with existing customers, and solve customer needs and problems in a timely manner.

5.Collect and analyze Saudi market information, industry policies, bidding rules and competitor dynamics, and provide data support for the company's decision-making.

Qualification Requirements:

1.Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

2.Have practical experience in interacting with Riyadh or Jeddah government departments, and be familiar with the workflow and communication norms of local government departments.

3.Familiar with the bidding rules of Saudi government projects and have a deep understanding of relevant laws, regulations and policy requirements.

4.Excellent communication and negotiation skills, teamwork spirit, and the ability to deal with complex problems independently.

5.Strong sense of responsibility, rigorous work attitude, and the ability to meet tight work deadlines.

6.Fluent in English and Arabic (both oral and written) is preferred; proficient in office software and project management tools.

Skills

1.Experience as a Market Manager or Contract Manager in engineering projects.

2.Experience in handling approval and registration procedures for Chinese-funded enterprises in Saudi Arabia.

3.Have relevant customer resources or industry connections in the Saudi market.

4.Familiar with the operation mode of foreign-funded enterprises in Saudi Arabia and relevant policy preferences.
